NeoCon, an annual trade show held every June at The Mart in Chicago, serves as the commercial design industry’s launch pad for innovation. We tap into this market for the first time in June 2015 and a print marketing campaign was launched to drive attendance to our booth. My role was to oversee the campaign from beginning to the end, and design and produce all related marketing collateral.
DIRECT MAIL.
Postcard invitations were mailed out to all existing contract and hospitality accounts, decorators, designers, architecture firms, and purchasing firms. Upon returning from the show, we immediately mailed out—both emails and snail mails—a thank you letter to all show attendees that visited our booth.
SHOW HANDOUT / BROCHURE.
Since it was our first time attending the show, we developed two different types of handouts. One was a generic company overview that explains our brands: Pastel Furniture, indoor, and Mallin Casual Furniture, outdoor. The second was a mini-brochure of tried and true products from Pastel Furniture in the contract and hospitality market.
